Terms of Service

1. Service

Korean Childhood Games provides browser games that require no installation. It is currently in private testing and does not offer paid purchases.

Paid purchases will open only after business information is published and the required commerce filings, payment-provider agreement and game-rating process are complete. Test features and test records may change or be reset.

2. Account

• You sign in with a Google account. When you first sign up, you agree to these terms and to the collection and use of personal data; receiving news about events and offers is optional.
• Do not impersonate or harass others with your nickname.
• We process personal data of children under 14 only with consent from a legal guardian. A minor must obtain legal-guardian consent before purchasing a paid service.

3. Jjondigi

• Jjondigi is used to enter games. The ledger distinguishes free or reward Jjondigi from paid Jjondigi purchased after payments open.
• Jjondigi cannot be cashed out, withdrawn or transferred. Statutory cancellation, mistaken-payment and refund rights for paid Jjondigi remain available.
• The daily grant expires at midnight Korea time. Placement, win and prediction rewards expire 7 days including the day received.
• Paid Jjondigi does not expire. Free grants and rewards nearest expiry are spent before paid Jjondigi.

4. Paid purchases and refunds

The checkout will display each product's price, quantity, payment method, validity and cancellation limits before consent.

You may cancel unused paid Jjondigi within 7 days of purchase or availability. If a purchase is divisible and its unused paid portion can be identified, that unused portion may also be cancelled.

If the product differs from its description or contract, you may request cancellation within 3 months of supply or within 30 days of discovering the issue, whichever period ends first.

Mistaken payments, purchases without required guardian consent, ordinary balance refunds, account deletion and service shutdowns are governed by the Jjondigi Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Conduct

• Do not use bugs or automated programs to win unfairly or obtain Jjondigi.
• Do not swear, spam or bully others in chat.
• Do not use another person's account or disrupt operation of the service.

6. Access restrictions

Leaving a human match midway or remaining idle for too long blocks game play for one hour.

We may restrict chat or account access when these terms are broken. Contact support if you wish to appeal.

7. Changes and liability

We may change or stop games and features for operational reasons. If the service shuts down, we will announce the date and paid-Jjondigi refund process in advance and keep a refund contact channel open for at least 30 days after shutdown.

The operator is liable under applicable law for loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms and contact

Changes will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect. Material or unfavorable changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
