Jjondigi Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope and balance types

• Paid Jjondigi means Jjondigi purchased with money. Bundle bonuses form part of that purchase and receive a proportional value.
• Free or reward Jjondigi includes daily grants, advertising rewards, match rewards and complimentary grants. It has no cash value and is not refundable for cash.
• Paid Jjondigi is tracked by purchase, amount paid, use and remaining quantity, and it does not expire.

2. Information shown before purchase

Checkout will display the seller, product, quantity, bonus, price and currency, payment method, delivery time, use conditions, cancellation limits and refund method before consent.

Paid Jjondigi is credited to the signed-in purchasing account only after our server verifies the payment provider's approval. A success screen alone never credits the balance.

3. Cancellation within 7 days

• You may cancel an unused purchase within 7 days from the later of purchase or availability.
• If some Jjondigi was used but the remaining paid portion can be identified by purchase, that unused divisible portion may be cancelled proportionally.
• Cancellation may be restricted for the used portion once digital content has begun. Any restriction will be prominently disclosed and separately accepted before payment; without that disclosure we will not rely on the restriction.
• If the product differs from its description or contract, cancellation may be requested within 3 months of supply or within 30 days of discovery, whichever period ends first.

4. Ordinary balance refunds

After the cancellation period, you may request a refund of paid Jjondigi that you purchased and have not used. The refund equals the part of each purchase's actual payment attributable to its remaining paid quantity.

For an ordinary balance refund, actual payment-processing or transfer costs may be deducted up to 10% of the refund. No fee is deducted for a valid 7-day cancellation, mistaken payment, our fault, or a product that differs from its description or contract.

Free or reward Jjondigi, paid Jjondigi already used as an entry fee, and fully supplied portions are excluded.

5. Mistaken and duplicate payments

An overpayment or duplicate charge will be refunded in full once verified. We bear refund costs when the error is ours.

If only the credited quantity was duplicated, we may reverse the unused excess instead of cancelling the payment. If it was used, we review the payment and ledger and respond individually.

6. Purchases by minors

A minor under Korean civil law must obtain legal-guardian consent before buying paid Jjondigi. The minor or guardian may cancel a purchase made without required consent as permitted by law.

Paid purchases by minors will not open until the required notice, consent and verification process is available.

7. Account deletion and restrictions

Deleting an account does not waive refund rights in remaining paid Jjondigi. You may request a refund before deletion or, during the statutory retention period, after we verify the purchasing account and payment.

A deleted account restored with the same Google account within 5 years recovers its ledger, including paid Jjondigi. Refunded quantities are removed from the ledger.

Access restrictions and refund eligibility are assessed separately. Unused paid balances are not automatically forfeited unless applicable law permits the refund to be restricted.

8. Service shutdown

We will normally announce the shutdown date, refund eligibility and application method 30 days in advance and operate a dedicated refund contact channel for at least 30 days after shutdown.

Unused paid Jjondigi is refunded under this policy. Free or reward Jjondigi is not refundable for cash.

9. How and when refunds are processed

Email koreanchildhoodgames@gmail.com from or identify the purchasing account and include the order number and reason. Never send a full card number, bank password or other unnecessary payment credentials.

After verifying the payment and recoverable paid balance, we refund the original payment method. For a cancellation, we refund within 3 business days after the paid Jjondigi is recovered or deleted. If the payment provider takes longer to post it, we will explain the delay.

10. Governing rules and disputes

Matters not covered here follow Korean consumer, e-commerce, content and civil law, the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards and the Korea Fair Trade Commission's Standard Terms for Online Games. Applicable law prevails if this policy is less favorable to the user.
